What is R+ Tracker?
Managers can help employees improve their performance by using positive feedback with precision and sincerity. Managers can also improve their own effectiveness by doing so. Aubrey Daniels International, Inc., (ADI) recommends at least 4 times as much positive feedback as negative feedback (4:1 ratio) feedback as an overall average to be truly effective in managing performance.
R+ Tracker is a personal mobile tracking system that provides a simple recording system for keeping track of how many positive and negative feedback interactions the manager has over time with people in various locations and during selected activities.
